Our Story
Meet Maria
My name is Maria Gray. I was raised in Berthoud, Colorado and now live in Johnstown with my son Wyatt and husband Jamie. I started my sourdough journey in September of 2023 when I was trying to find a bread that was healthy and tasty.
I've been gluten intolerant since I was 14 and hadn't been able to find bread I could enjoy. Sourdough is not only healthy and provides many benefits, but is also very low in gluten content. After 12 years of not being able to enjoy bread, I finally can — and I want to share that joy with you.
