How to get your bread.

Everything is baked fresh on Saturday and distributed on Sunday. Pick up in person or choose local delivery at checkout — no shipping, by design.

Local Delivery

Warm, to your door

Flat local delivery fee added at checkout. Radius is small on purpose so the bread arrives warm. Enter your address at checkout to confirm eligibility.

Questions

What's the deadline to order for Sunday?

Orders close Friday night. After that, the dough is already building and I can't add to the bake.

Can you ship bread?

Not yet. Sourdough deserves a fresh handoff — pickup or local delivery only for now.

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely — bulk for events, custom flavors with enough notice, or a bread bowl count that doesn't come in a set of four. Send a message via the Contact page.

How should I store it?

Counter, paper or cloth bag, cut side down. Three days at peak. After that, slice and freeze — it toasts straight from frozen.

Gluten-free?

I'm a sourdough bakery, not a gluten-free kitchen. Sourdough is traditionally fermented, but it still contains wheat. Not recommended for celiac.
